At Your Forever Home, Occupational Therapist, Dr. Marcello meets with each client as well as any caregivers or family members involved to complete a thorough Safety Needs Assessment / professional home assessment.

She does a walk-through of the home, noting necessary changes based on the client’s unique needs, situation and preferences. She then details her recommendations to improve overall functionality of the home in order to promote safe and successful living with maximum freedom and independence.
